REFUND POLICY?

Each rug is custom-made and 1of1. Therefore, there are NO REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS, OR EXCHANGES, Once your order is placed,, i will acquire all necessary materials and begin production. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please read over these details before confirming your order. (BY PLACING AN ORDER YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS) Thank you!!!

SHIPPING POLICY?

-MADE TO ORDER- Rug is already made and ready to ship specifically to you.

-PRODUCTION TIME- Please allow 14-21 days for the rug to be handmade to perfection, art takes time. Keep in mind as well that all orders are being crafted all at once simultaneously. Once completed your rug or order will be shipped to you securely packaged with tracking number for peace of mind.

TERMS OF SERVICE?

1. General Terms: By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Custom Orders: All rugs are custom-made and one-of-a-kind. Once an order is placed, all sales are final—there are no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges. Please double-check all details before confirming your order.

3. Premade Rugs: Orders for premade rugs will be processed and shipped the next business day.

4. Custom Order Fulfillment: Custom rugs require a production time of 14-28 days. Please allow this time for crafting. You will receive updates throughout the production process.

5. Privacy: I do NOT have access to your full payment information and will NOT share any of your personal details (such as your name or address) with anyone. Your privacy is important, and I appreciate your trust.

6. Shipping: Shipping times may vary based on your location and the specifics of your order. Please allow additional time for delivery once your custom rug has been completed and shipped.
